Joining the Quantum team as GM of Risk, was a life-changing move for Allan, that's allowed him to continue to improve the industry he loves. Explaining, 

“Just because something has always been done a certain way, doesn't mean it’s the best way. Clients just want to be able to make one call, say help, and have all that stress and chaos handled by their personal team of financial experts.  They want professionals that are astute at what they do, so they can have the full attention of a professional doing one job, wearing one hat, and doing it expertly”.

South African by birth, his roots are as strong as his morals. Moving to NZ some 10 years ago with his wife Michelle and their young family, it’s now clear to us all that everything Allan is, is built on the principles of family and integrity. With over 20 years (& counting) of experience and education within the Group Schemes and Life Insurance industry, Allan's reputation and work-ethic is second-to-none.

His degree in Business, Management & Marketing, and his Diploma in Financial Planning, were the stepping stones that have seen Allan hold many varied and influential industry roles, including - Financial Planner, Managing Partner, Regional & National Sales Manager, Adviser Development Manager, Founder of Medifund Ltd, Owner/Director of AMOR Insurance Solutions, Sales Coach & Mentor at Virtual Sales Management, and recently joining the Quality Product Research's (Quotemonster) Research Advisory Board as a North Island representative. 

Today, the Quantum vision is purposefully designed, and continually refined. And we're proud to have Allan partner with founders Lincoln, and Dan, as we continue to grow and fine-tune the finance and insurance industry in NZ.
