In her 'spare' time, Em is the VP of miscellaneous stuff that's also raising a mini human! Here at Quantum, she spends her days crossing t's and dotting i's as our Quality Assurance Manager.

Emma keeps the Quantum Group of entities and our team members safe by ensuring the highest levels of compliance are reached and maintained.  With oversight over our Risk, Finance and KiwiSaver teams, Emma builds specialised policies and processes that make auditing and customer data management simple, enabling our team to stay customer-focused.

With over 17 years experience in the finance industry, in roles ranging from Branch Manager, Bank Manager, Relationship Consultant and Quality Assurance Manager for a range of top NZ banks, Emma's toolkit is fully loaded, with a reputation second-to-none.
