Kerryn has worked in the insurance industry as an administrator for over 16 years. Her level of customer-focused service and determination to ensure Quantum's clients receive the best cover and support is limitless.  Generous with her time, loyal, and efficient, with a great sense of humour, Kerryn is highly valued by the Risk team.

With a role that includes assisting her team with initial client inquiries, processing policy anniversary information, and liaising with underwriters, Kerryn's both the glue that holds everything 'risk' together, and the squeaky wheel that advocates on a daily for our clients.

Kerryn works in conjunction with the Finance, Compliance and Auditing teams to make sure her Risk Advisers are performing at the highest levels and that Quantum's systems and processes are being followed to the letter.
