After contracting to Quantum in 2020 as a Social Ninja, Mandy came on board as Quantum's Head of Marketing & Socials in 2021.  Now as a Director of Quantum Effect, Mandy has taken her knack for seeing the big picture of a company, her law degree and her years of experience in the marketing and Plain Language sector and created a world where digital conversations and story-telling build relationships.

With a passion for processes and customer management systems that feel human and are built on the principles of integrity and transparency, Mandy divides her time between the Quantum Group's various entities, whilst also taking on select clients that are looking to build an authentic social media and marketing presence.  From conception to creation, optimising and influencing, Mandy builds IP content, and online reputations with a passion.
